Villa Romar is a 3 Bed, 3 Bathroom Detached Villa. It is set in landscaped gardens and at the rear - south and west facing is the kidney shaped swimming pool with surrounding terrace.

The pool is fenced off from the glazed terrace and also has a safety cover for child security.

 

There is a full size BBQ for that al fresco living and the garden has shade and direct sun available all day. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols along with beach equipment should you fancy a change and go down the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.

 

In addition to the large glazed terrace downstairs there is a first floor sun deck as well with a large parasol and sun beds.

 

The lounge is furnished with leather recliner settees and has a TV; DVD; CD and Radio along with a Playstation.

 

There are DVDs and Videos, Music CDs, Books, Jigsaws, games and toys. The TV has a wide range of Channels including the children's channels and Sky Sports and Movies.

 

The main bedroom with king size bed has an en suite bathroom with WC, bath and shower. The other two bedrooms are twins and share a bathroom. The 3rd bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a full size cot available and a stair gate is in place at the top of the stairs.

 

It is a family house for 6 people to live comfortably and also a great place with space for 2 people to enjoy.

 

Needless to say the kitchen is superbly equipped with all that you would need to eat in or to serve up the “takeaway” that has been delivered!
